My Story Page 54: Fear

Now, let us switch from sex to fear.

We need going into the whole dynamics of it, as to how it generates, what all shapes it assumes and how it interferes with the free flow of energy through the human body.

We all are born with it.

Though it is not an instinct, we inherit it as our first and the most basic emotion as we come out of our mother’s womb.

Our life fears immediate death on the fore as we do not know how to breathe, until we start breathing through crying, pushing the threat of death at the back-end as we get involved into the affairs of life.

But the shadow of the death-threat never parts company with us; it keeps hovering around us in the background, coloring every action of our life with different hues of scare into it.

The colors keep changing their hues.

The first hue is that of dependence.

The scared child depends on her/his mother for life as she feeds her/him through her breast.

Later, the child, slowly and gradually, learns standing as well as walking on her/his own; and goes on reducing her/his dependence on the mother.

As dependence reduces, so does the fear!

But then our dependence never completely vanishes, as we physically grow from childhood to being an adult.

It happens so, because as a child we never get an unconditional acceptance of our natural and passionate urges.

Society tends to condition us in its own threatening ways.

Our parents and our teachers tend to suppress all that is natural in us.

For this the tool they use is nothing else but fear, or else they use its anti-thesis that is greed, by showing carrots to us.

Reward or punishment!

So, fear takes another shape now. It turns us greedy.

We want to be rewarded rather than being punished!

Hence we conform to the threatening ways of the society and turn greedy.

Fear of being punished turns us greedy - always wanting to be rewarded!

We never turn into a real adult who stands on his own feet physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. We always look toward others for acceptance.

“What will people say?” becomes the guiding scare of all our actions on earth in life.

“What will God say?” becomes another scare of ours!

We never turn independent.

We never turn adult.

We never are free.

And so, we never are healthy. We always keep ourselves closed, scared that something evil will attack us and harm us hard.

We keep our muscular armor stiff.

Keeping this muscular armor stiff becomes a habit with us, whereas its effect on our body organs disturbs our physiology generating all the chronic illnesses in us like heart conditions, diabetes, spondylitis, headaches, migraine vision problems, thyroid and many more ultimately resulting in loss of immunity against diseases.

Fear does this all to us!

And if we could address our scare in its totality even once in life, we can simply go beyond it for good and gain our health back permanently.

Diamond cuts diamond!

But how to address fear in its totality and keep it there in a controlled way till we are able to go beyond, also taking care that it does not kill us before we get free from it?

This should be one of the most important questions in front of humanity today.

Next week we shall try to go deeper into the question.

My Story Page 53: Sensitivity

eyes

What kind of stimulus can there be, of which the intensity has a therapeutic effect on the sensitivity of perception; and which can also be kept increasing at will, without falling prey to act upon its impulses at the same time - whether indulgent or repulsive?

It can either be an instinctive, or sensual, or a psychological stimulus that can do the job.

Now, sensitivity of perception is altogether a different entity from that of emotion.

The more acute a person’s emotions are, the less acute her/his perception is.

The two stand inversely proportional to each other.

The therapeutic process aims at increasing the sensitivity of perception.

But right now it is emotional sensitivity only that we possess as the central theme of our personality.

Hence our perception suffers.

The eyes see blurred either near (myopia) or far (hyperopia and/or presbyopia).

A stimulus affects us psychologically more than perceptually.

Instinctive stimuli are hunger, thirst, vision, smell, touch, taste, sound, curiosity, movement and action.

Sensual stimulus embodies sex.

Psychological stimuli comprise fear and greed in which all the rest of our emotions are embedded; fear being more basic than greed is.

We cannot directly address the instinctive stimuli because it is there only that our perceptual problems are lying turning us helpless in those domains.

So, we are left with either sex and/or fear at our disposal.

Let us take sex first.

The way we do our (human) sex is more greed, numbing our sensitivity, than a creative instinct - which it had been designed as by the nature when it turned us from animals on four to humans on two.

With animals it is only instinct but with humans it adds a dimension of creativity to it.

But whatsoever, it is one of the most powerful stimuli for the human psyche.

We can increase our sensitivity of perception through going on increasing this stimulus at will, taking care not to dilute it down by falling prey to the greedy action it habitually calls us for!

Here I describe the procedure that I have named The Synergy Game requiring two opposite sexed persons, to be better called The Energy Partners, helping each other in increasing the stimulus of sex gradually that goes on increasing the intensity of perception, taking you to the level of sensitivity where you need a considerable amount of energy to keep that much of intensity inside!

And if this intensity needs energy to be kept inside, it supplies you with the same as well!

The body expands itself (literally!) in the exact, right way to be able to keep that much of energy inside.

And if the body could reach its threshold, it would never contract back to throw the energy out even after the stimulus is withdrawn.

It remains, then, only a question of how much time you take to reach your threshold and go beyond it.

Here is the procedure:

Are you really attracted toward someone; and the other, toward you?

Ask your id, and not your ego or superego.

No more tags to be attached - no names to define it, no past history together, no future plans together - just pure, intense personality-attraction that has extended itself to envelope body-attraction as well!

I repeat: no past history together - no future plans together - just pure, intense personality-attraction that has extended itself to envelope body-attraction as well!

Only present - right now, here!

Can you undress in front of each other?

And still do not touch each other?

And come closer?

And still do not touch each other?

And come still closer?

And still do not touch each other?

And so on, and on, and on, and on…?

It turns into the dance of passion that you are dancing along with your energy partner!

Or the game of interaction that you are playing so innocently and so energetically with your energy partner!

One single touch, and your game is spoiled!

Rather ruined!

You will be dead - energy wise!

So, take care - you are doing the dance of passion without falling prey to your emotions!

You are playing the game of interaction without falling prey to any crude action!

You are increasing your sensitivity for the acuity of your perception.

There are no hopes for future, because you are never going to touch the other throughout your life!

There are no past memories to cherish, because you never touched the other ever in your life!

But you are coming closest possible to the other - keeping adding fuel to the fire!

Whatever is is there right now!

It is the most extreme sensitivity!

It is the most acute perception!

You are walking on the edge.

Take care not to fall.

Or else, you lose the game!

Not only the game, but also the opportunity to go beyond your emotional sensitivity to the sensitivity of perception!

Your mind (habitual thought pattern) goes empty and the brain takes over the control of the acuity of perception as well as of the impeccability of action.

Next week, we shall investigate into what fear can do for us as far as training the sensitivity of perception is concerned.

Our mental health is not right.

I mean the structure of our mind, the way it rests in the hands of the human culture on earth.

We all, on earth, are success-oriented people.

We value success more than we value life.

So, we are always in a hurry to be successful - more and more and more!

This mental hurry turns our life into a mental race.

Our mind always keeps running - here, there, everywhere!

We never sit in peace - not for a single second!

When mind is in a hurry, what does the body do?

It, too, never sits in peace.

This not only affects our mental health, but our body health as well.

Body shrinks itself and keeps its muscles contracted perennially, which ultimately turns into our body habit - the way our body becomes habituated of keeping itself.

It never stays relaxed.

It always keeps putting pressure on certain organs through its habitually contracted muscles and the corresponding postural deformities in its postural skeleton; which, in turn, affects the proper working of the organs concerned.

Mental health affects the anatomical health; which, in turn, affects the physiology of the mind-body system.

Vision is the first victim to fall prey to the onslaughts of this nexus between the wronged mental health and the wronged body posture.

Now, what I did, was studying the wronged body posture in detail; and replacing it with the right one immediately corrected the vision.

And once the replacement was done, the life should have gone perfectly smooth along with the corrected vision without any tendencies to fall back to the old patterns of body-behavior again.

But it was not to be so.

Mental health does play its role in deciding the tendencies the body is going to posture itself in!

It does so through the weapon of mental hurry at its disposal.

As the patients correct their vision through posturing their body right, they do not correct their mental disposition; which again tends to spoil their posture the way it had done so in the past when the vision problem had taken root for the first time in their life.

The wronged mental health tends to wrong the healed body back to disease!

The mind affects the body.

Now, my question is: Does the opposite not hold good too?

Does the body - the pattern of posture - not affect the mind - the pattern of thought - too?

If the pattern of thought did it to the pattern of posture, the pattern of posture should do it to the pattern of thought as well!

The cause and effect relationship has always been a dialectical one on earth in life - this is as far as our knowledge of science, in general, goes.

Working with body is easier, faster and more concrete than working with the abstract mind is.

But there remains an inertial effect that takes its time in bringing the requisite change in its counterpart - in this case, the mind.

Pattern of posture can be corrected immediately, but not the pattern of thought.

It keeps on affecting the corrected posture negatively, so that it keeps tending to fall back to the wronged posture again; until the corrected posture (if it could be kept like that against all the onslaughts of the inertial effects of the wronged mental health!) corrects the pattern of thought as well.

A matter of time, pursuance and patience!

Is there no other way out?

I think there is, which I will be discussing in my next posting.

My Story Page 50: Problem

I was to face a new problem now.

By now, I had started treating people experimentally for vision correction as well as for chakra opening.

The results were fine as far as the realization of both - the vision correction and the chakra opening - was concerned; rather better than my expectation!

The process was instant.

And it was total.

It was even treating those diseases in the process, which I didn’t target treating at all!

But a majority of people (around 70%) tended to fall back.

That was a real challenge to the validity of my study, my insight, and my method that I had discovered.

I kept pondering upon it.

But pondering alone wouldn’t solve the problem.

I had to come out with a way that would keep the corrections-achieved where they were and as they were immediately after the healing process was done with.

“Why do people tend to fall back?” - I thought.

What I offered them was what I - a patient of myopia all through my life till 53 years of age - already had got through my third eye opening, i.e., the acuity of vision.

A 20 20 vision!

Rather more than that!

In one single stroke of re-posturing my body in the scientifically right, natural way!

And, of course, keeping it like that against the tendency of my past habit structure to fall back to the old pattern of my body posture again!

There was no problem.

People did come to me.

I made them change their body posture opening their third eye - a very subtle maneuver to learn, not communicable through written word or any other impersonal means; but once learnt personally as how the body is supposed to place itself in space at any (and every) given moment of time, it acted instantaneously - and they immediately read the last line on the Snellen chart as well as started seeing everything in the field of their vision crystal-clear with their third eye open.

So far so good! No problem!

But then they (not all; say, 70% of them - the rest 30%, in my case studies, got permanently cured opening their third eye permanently in the very first go, in one single second!) would come back later asking me to solve their problem, “How to keep the posture right all through the day?”

“Why? Is it difficult?” I would ask.

“Not exactly a problem! It’s okay, it’s pretty simple; but you don’t remember keeping it like that and fall back to the old pattern again!” they would retort.

“And come to know of it as you start seeing blurred again!” I would complete the story of their woe.

“Exactly! That’s what the problem is. The whole system of the corrected body posture through operating the on-off switch doesn’t immediately become an inseparable part and parcel of your body existence, and you need keeping aware to keep it so.” they would voice their real problem now.

“It immediately showed you crystal-clear. Right?” I’d be asking them.

“Perfect! It still does so, every time I press my switch on!” they would admit.

“Then why do you press it off? What’s the problem?” I would be genuinely asking them that.

“It falls down like an MCB, on its own!” they would express their helplessness, raising their shoulders and stretching their hands.

“That means, by this simile, that there is something overloading the MCB that the real problem is!” I would carry the simile further.

“Habit?” they would question.

“Rather the fuel keeping the habit alive!” I would retort.

“What on earth?” they would look puzzled.

Hurry! Mental hurry!” my one word answer!

“O!” they would exclaim. It’s the bug that our success-oriented culture has bitten all of us with!

“It takes its toll by turning you lethargic, and unaware, and casual; and that is what the overload is, dropping the MCB of your body switch down.” the simile would have been completed by now.

They would go satisfied, though not knowing what to do with the problem of their mental hurry which they have inherited from the culture that grew them up!

Next week, we’ll go into what all I started doing with this problem that had, by now, become the biggest eyesore of my eyesight correction procedure.

My Story Page 49: Sahasrara

December 28, 2007 by gbsingh
eyes

The seventh chakra, namely the crown chakra called Sahasrara in Sanskrit, is located on the top of the head, giving the lips and the eyes their second shrinkage, further distorting the positioning of the jaws and hence, further generating more vision problems.

If opening the third eye chakra turns us from sub-humans to full-humans, opening Sahasrara (the crown chakra) does the same to us from full-humans to super-humans.

Opening Sahasrara (the crown chakra) is the ultimate in the human evolution.

If Sahasrara (the crown chakra) is open, it means there is not a single flaw in the opening of any and every other chakra in the body, there is not a single flaw in the working of the gray matter, and there is not a single flaw in the perception through the sense organs including the eye vision that turns telescopic as well as microscopic at the same time!

Also the opening of Sahasrara (the crown chakra) completes the path of energy in order for it to make a closed loop and thus turn dynamic rather than keep stagnating by getting trapped in the whirlwind of the energy vortices that the chakras are.

It also means that every single muscle in the body is totally relaxed as well as fully ready for total action in any and every state of emergency.

It also means that there is not at all any stress in the mind and it’s fully at peace.

It also means that there is a sparkle in the eye and when it looks at something, it does so with its total interest in the thing.

And hence, it also means that an open Sahasrara (the crown chakra) imparts indomitable passion and total honesty in one’s interaction with the other.

Opening Sahasrara (the crown chakra) makes you write your own story of your further evolution with your own pen in your own ink!

Crown Chakra

Now, compare this description of Sahasrara (the crown chakra) with my personal experience of opening it while working with a lady whose upper chakras including Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna were affected more than her lower ones, i.e., Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura. These were the scenes where we had left last three times while working with her Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna:

I asked her to maintain this posture for a couple days before we could proceed further with our intervention of the body in the affairs of mind.

She came back with the complaint that she was feeling she had partially gone undressed while maintaining her shoulders open.

“Anahata does this to us. Vishuddha will do it even more. Are you ready for the next step?” - I asked her.

She paused for a few seconds.

During her pause, she was maintaining her shoulders wide open; which gave her bust a beautiful body-lift though it was still a partial one.

She was looking straight into my eyes.

She took care not to let her shoulders go squeezed again.

And then she said - “Yes, I am ready.”

From Anahata we were to go to Vishuddha next.

She had centered on her HARA - some two inches below her naval.

Her body was looking like a statue of beauty personified in the form of Venus herself!

“Are you ready for going to the next step from here, that opening Vishuddha has brought you in?” - I asked.

She didn’t take any time this time.

“Yes, I am ready.” - immediate came her reply.

From Vishuddha we were to go to opening Ajna (the third eye) next.

Her eyes were oozing E-N-E-R-G-Y!

“This is what Ajna (the third eye chakra) opening is. From Ajna we need moving on to Sahasrara (the crown chakra) that is the king of them all! Are you ready for your journey further?” - I inquired into her intention and her readiness to go beyond Ajna (the third eye chakra).

“By all means!” - immediate was her reply this time.

From Ajna, we were to move on to Sahasrara (the crown chakra) next!

Again, this time I asked her to pay her attention to her hands.

She did.

I asked her to lay her palms on her thighs - palm-side down.

“Where on the sole of your palms are you sensing your weight to be resting?” - I asked her.

“On the outer edges!” - she sensed it.

“Come up to the new posture learnt and tell me now!” - I again had a sense of urgency and immediacy in my voice.

“It’s the inner edges now, more toward the thumb!” - screaming, she exclaimed.

“Make it a little more toward the thumb, take it exactly below the thumb!” - my voice was pulling her along.

The shoulders rose higher and higher up until the collarbones were exactly aligned with the neck.

“Just check, what your jaws are up to!” - I had the same urgency in my voice.

She immediately told the difference, “The lower jaw has come forward as well as down; or I can also say, the upper jaw has gone backwards as well as up a little. It’s exerting a pressure on my jaws - now this time much, much more and in much greater width than the last time when we did it for the third eye opening.”

“What is this pressure feeling like this time?” - I was eagerly waiting for her answer.

“Like ultimate of energy! Energy entering my denture, and thence to my eyes, and thence to the top of my head - and this time much more than before!” - she exclaimed with a great joy oozing out of her total face expression.

Her eyes were screaming E-N-E-R-G-Y now!

Her total face was spelling E-N-E-R-G-Y this time!

“This is what Sahasrara (the crown chakra) opening is. What is it doing to your mind right now?” - I wanted to know.

“As if I am no more there…it’s a new person sitting over here.” - her voice had a coolness of ecstacy in its tone.

“Can you be like this every single moment with your Sahasrara open? All the 24 hours?

“I think I can. And thank you for this.” - she had really gone a new person altogether!

Does this story not give the exact description of Sahasrara (the crown chakra) in a more day-to-day language?

So, ultimately opening Sahasrara (the crown chakra) means our own heaven on earth!

Crown Chakra

Opening Sahasrara (the crown chakra) entails undoing the unconscious habit of treating our evolution as biological only - though it has already stopped functioning biologically in the case of human species, and the gray matter has taken over since long back - and hence taking the charge in our own hands.

Vision therapy not only opens Sahasrara (the crown chakra) but all the 7 chakras through a very subtle on-off switch in the body in one single go, since they are all connected anatomically as well as physiologically in the human species.

My Story Page 48: Ajna

December 21, 2007 by gbsingh
eyes

The sixth chakra, namely the third eye chakra called Ajna in Sanskrit, is located between the two eyebrows, that gives the lips and the eyes their first shrinkage, distorting the positioning of the jaws and hence, generating all the vision problems.

The human species has been endowed with the power to smile, which no other animal has.

But the evolution has not yet been complete.

The human race has not yet stood on its two’s properly.

The evolution is still going on!

But this time, it’s not merely an automatic biological evolution that takes place on its own; like in the case of animals it does.

Rather the instrument of evolution is gray matter now, that the human species got gifted with when it stood on its two’s.

We have not yet fully stood on our two’s. We still have to!

How?

Look at the developmental stages of the human evolution.

Along with the passage of different chronological stages during evolution, human species has gone on getting straighter and straighter in every next phase of it.

We paid the price of getting the two higher chakras partially opened with getting our five animal chakras partially closed when we came on our two’s.

We have to complete this evolution now by opening all our 7 chakras in one single go with the help of the gray matter that only this evolution has endowed us with!

All individually! One by one!

It’s since the conscious gray matter is going to do it, and not the subconscious biology, this time!

And then no problems of eye vision, health in the body and health in the mind will be there any more!

This new evolution will rather be a revolution than a mere automatic biological evolution!

Now we have reached such a stage of evolution just by virtue of being on our two’s that if we open our five animal chakras fully, the two higher chakras, namely Ajna (the third eye chakra) and Sahasrara (the crown chakra) open on their own!

Not even this much is required. If we open just any one chakra fully, the rest all six including Ajna (the third eye chakra) get opened on their own!

Third Eye Chakra

Now, compare this description of Ajna (the third eye chakra) with my personal experience of opening it while working with a lady whose upper chakras including Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna were affected more than her lower ones, i.e., Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura. These were the scenes where we had left last two times while working with her Anahata and Vishuddha:

She didn’t take any time this time.

“Yes, I am ready.” - immediate came her reply.

From Vishuddha we were to go to opening Ajna (the third eye) next.

Now, this time I asked her to pay her attention to her feet.

She did.

“Where on the sole of your feet are you sensing your weight to be resting?” - I asked her.

She couldn’t answer immediately.

I asked her to go back to her old habitual posture, which she did.

“Where on the sole of your feet are you sensing your weight to be resting now?” - I again asked her.

“On the outer edges!” - she sensed it this time.

“Come up to the new posture again and tell me now!” - I had a sense of urgency and immediacy in my voice.

It worked, and she could immediately sense the difference.

“It’s the inner edges now, more toward the big toe!” - screaming, she exclaimed.

“Just check, what your jaws are up to!” - I had the same urgency in my voice.

She again seemed confused.

I again asked her to go back to her old habitual posture, which she immediately did.

“Check your jaws now, in terms of their alignment with each other.” - I gave her the instruction.

“Yeah, the lower jaw is resting behind the upper one, up…under it.” - she gave words to the dental geometry.

“Come up to the new posture again and tell me now!” - I again had a sense of urgency and immediacy in my voice.

She did, and immediately told the difference, “The lower jaw has come forward as well as down; or I can also say, the upper jaw has gone backwards as well as up a little. It’s exerting a pressure on my jaws.”

“What is this pressure feeling like?” - I was eagerly waiting for her answer.

Does this story not give the exact description of Ajna (the third eye chakra) in a more day-to-day language?

Ajna (the third eye chakra) gets opened simply if we stand on our two’s correctly!

Third Eye Chakra

Opening Ajna (the third eye chakra) entails undoing the unconscious habit of treating our evolution as biological only - though it has already stopped functioning biologically in the case of human species, and the gray matter has taken over since long back - and hence taking the charge in our own hands.

Vision therapy not only opens Ajna (the third eye chakra) but all the 7 chakras through a very subtle on-off switch in the body in one single go, since they are all connected anatomically as well as physiologically in the human species.

My Story Page 47: Vishuddha

eyes

The fifth chakra, namely the throat chakra called Vishuddha in Sanskrit, is located on the throat and neck where another muscle rigidity gives the shoulders their second slouch in the form of a droop as well as a habitual bend to the neck stopping the head from being held high.

It creates havoc!

It pulls the third eye down and robs vision and mind of their focus.

It also pulls the crown chakra down and the dynamic focus out.

It pulls the Bindu chakra to a shrunk eyebrow.

It contracts the 2nd vertebra too.

What more, it also contracts the solar plexus, the abdomen, and the pelvis!

Still this is not what the on-off switch is.

But it sure is a culprit!

Why do we live life with the shoulders drooping and the head held low?

We don’t have enough energy to keep them high?

Why?

We keep losing it in providing it to maintain the muscular contractions all through our body.

The effect of what it is a cause of, too!

It turns into a vicious circle.

The cause and the effect reinforcing each other!

The scapulae get stretched in a distorted way.

They exert their pull on the neck also which gets distorted in another ugly way.

The backbone turns into an inverted arch!

The jaws are pulled down too, distorting their positioning in relation with each other.

All this boils down to be an unconscious maneuver on the part of the body, which we start taking to be a natural phenomenon.

We turn old in our youth!

We are left with no energy even to lively communicate with our fellow beings on earth!

Vishuddha (the throat chakra) gets established!

Throat Chakra

Now, compare this description of Vishuddha (the throat chakra) with my personal experience of opening it while working with a lady whose upper chakras starting from Anahata and Vishuddha upward were affected more than her lower ones, i.e., Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura. This was where we left last time while working with her Anahata:

Now I asked her to take her open shoulders up without squeezing them before doing so.

This automatically protruded her chin forward and up.

Her jaws went aligned with each other in their full length, from center to both the extremities up to the last dentures there.

Her eyes started sparkling with a piercing shine as well as an engulfing glow in them.

Her collarbones went aligned with her neck.

Her scapulae went joined at her back, but only at their upper extremities.

The thrust of her palms had shifted from the outer edges at the mounts of moon to the inner edges at the mounts of Venus.

Her solar plexus (at her diaphragm) had automatically gone up both at the center as well as on the side ribs, along.

The length of her stomach in between her naval and her rib-center seemed to increase in length.

Now was the time for me to give her, her last push into the ultimate human body posture free from all the defects of transition from four-legged creatures to the two-legged ones; that our species on earth is!

I asked her to lengthen her abdomen in between her naval and her lowest point of the torso where it divided into the two legs - left and right - keeping the distance between the naval and the rib-center stretched as such; by protruding her hips further back.

She did the needful.

I asked her which point of her body was touching the chair most centrally that she was sitting on.

She said it had changed to be the middle portion of her pelvis now.

I again asked her which part of her body she was feeling she had centered around now.

She said it was a point in her abdomen a little below her naval.

In fact, she had centered on her HARA - some two inches below her naval.

Does this story not give the same description as of Vishuddha (the throat chakra) in a more day-to-day language?

Energy gets trapped in Vishuddha (the throat chakra), and is stopped from closing the loop.

Throat Chakra

Opening Vishuddha (the throat chakra) entails undoing the unconscious habit of keeping the shoulders drooping and the neck bending in two different ways in two different kinds of people, not as an exercise but as a way of life.

Vision therapy not only opens Vishuddha (the throat chakra) but all the 7 chakras through a very subtle on-off switch in the body in one single go, since they are all connected anatomically as well as physiologically.

The fourth chakra, namely the heart chakra called Anahata in Sanskrit, is located on the second vertebra where another muscle rigidity gives the shoulders their first slouch. What makes us slouch our shoulders?

Mental Hurry!

Why?

If you are ambitious, you will certainly be in a mental hurry to fulfill your ambition/s.

You do want to enjoy your life unconditionally, but only after fulfilling your ambition/s.

The earlier the better!

Your shoulders tend to push you forward, generating a forward slouch in them narrowing the chest and, in the process, heart also.

You are no more a big-hearted person.

All others around you are your competitors.

You see them as your potential enemies.

Even your slouching shoulders give you a defensive stance against a stranger.

You keep craving for love from others.

You want to be number 1!

Success becomes your reason to live.

And the society further reinforces this concept in your mind.

You go on alienating yourself from the world around.

You go buried inside your own shell - your own little, petty self!

You turn into a lonely soul craving hard to be loved by everyone around or even in the remotest corner of the world!

You wish to be rich.

You wish to be famous.

The rich and the famous!

Isn’t this that the whole world is craving for, today?

We are living in a world full of enemies around, each one of us searching for friends who are nothing but illusions even when we feel we have got a few of them!

The moment one’s self-oriented motifs clash with those of even the closest friends, one doesn’t hesitate stabbing them in their back.

We are insecure.

We want to keep our armor intact.

Our muscular armor does that for us.

Unconsciously!

Our slouching shoulders keep our muscular armor ever ready for any eventuality that is ever there (that is never there! …ha, ha, ha…!).

We live, not our life, but a hell!

Anahata (the heart chakra) gets established!

Heart Chakra

Now, compare this description of Anahata (the heart chakra) with my personal experience of opening it while working with a lady whose upper chakras starting from Anahata upward were affected more than her lower ones, i.e., Muladhara, Svadhisthana, and Manipura:

After the episode of the physiotherapist, with whom I had worked on all the chakras together, was over; it once again happened so, after a few days only, that there came an unbelievably courageous woman seeking for my intervention in her psychological world in order to clarify it to her own self.

She had her eyebrows exceptionally raised at their outer edges, though not so at the inner ones!

She narrated her psychological conflicts to me.

I told her she was holding something within.

She said she was ready to open herself up but did not know how.

I asked her to open her shoulders in a particular way, which she did.

Her Anahata was rendered un-contracted.

It also rendered her Manipura un-contracted, though partially only.

She went restless.

I asked her which point of her body was touching the chair most centrally that she was sitting on.

She said it were hips before, but now it had changed to be the back portion of her pelvis.

Her hips had also protruded backwards a little.

I asked her if it didn’t remind her of the PULL part of the sexual intercourse.

She said it did.

The third chakra
, namely the solar plexus chakra called Manipura in Sanskrit, is located above the diaphragm where another muscle rigidity gives a slouch to the upper back.Humanity keeps the upper back slouched.

Why?

This, too, starts with the toilet training but this time, trying to control urination.

Controlling urination when needed is not wrong but that should come naturally through the processing of body actions decided by the intelligence of the gray matter.

We are not animals.

Our gray matter works!

But we are in a hurry to teach our kids the lesson of toilet training way before the gray matter has developed enough to take a natural charge of the socially approved body actions.

With forced and repeated training, the muscles of manipura - the solar plexus - settle down in an unconscious habit of keeping themselves contracted in order to stop and control defecation.

The habit gets reinforced by the kind of furniture that the humanity has designed for itself!

The body settles down in a contracted Manipura (the solar plexus chakra); and the mind, in a shell around its own little self, concerned with a contradictory disposition of getting rid of the urine in the urinary bladder as well as of fearing releasing it from there.

The body loses its urination sensitivity. The mind starts getting anxious of building up of more and more of worldly problems that are yet to come rather than facing them here and now.

It gets obsessed with preparing for the future in the present, turns ambitious, and goes anxious.

Ambition (it’s always for the impending future!) replacing the enjoyment of the moment!

Pity!

A contradictory life-style!

Manipura (the solar plexus chakra) gets established

Solar Plexus Chakra

Now, again compare this description of Manipura (the solar plexus chakra) with my personal experience in the episode of passion, while working with a physiotherapist along:

It so happened one day that a physiotherapist came to my office asking me to train her in effecting a change in her personality.

I train people in life skills - it makes me something like a life coach.

The project was undertaken.

By luck of chance, she had a slight myopia too, although she never wore glasses or contacts.

I started by asking her to see clear near.

That was no problem for her. A myopic is always quite comfortable in seeing near very clear; although s/he does not know that s/he is not doing even that too in a perfect way. The way a myopic sees near is also a faulty one, just as her/his seeing far is! It is only that it is not obviously so!

Whatever, but I asked her to see me eye to eye which she did comfortably.

Then I asked her to reduce the distance.

She did the needful, one step nearer.

The objective was to keep seeing clear throughout and not let the other’s face be blurred in front of one’s eyes.

Slowly and gradually, we went on reducing the distance between the two sets of eyes, that ours were, till and up to we could, and still kept seeing clear.

Our faces had gone taut.

Our minds had stopped thinking.

It was only seeing that was there in between the two of us.

I suggested her to see her bodily organs with her seeing eye.

It was taut, yet it was relaxed.

The centering of her weight on the soles of her feet had shifted toward the padding just behind the big toes.

The hips had pushed themselves back as well as out.

The shoulders had gone up and back raising Manipura (the solar plexus) up.

The centering of the thrust of action in her hands had shifted toward the padding just behind the thumbs.

The scapulae on her back had gone perfectly plain, flat and aligned with each other.

The jaws had aligned themselves with each other perfectly in their entire width.

The skeletal muscles had automatically gone absolutely taut, and the skin on the face stretched in a way that would put even the best of the face-lift surgical operations to shame.

The total face expression had gone anew.

Her eyes were glowing with a spark into them.

The positioning of lips had changed its shape. They had gone thinner and wider.

It was a total face-lift in itself.

No, it was not only a face-lift; rather it was a total body-lift that had taken place, especially at the diaphragm - the seat of Manipura, the solar plexus chakra.

The whole body had gone taut and relaxed raising itself at the seat of Manipura (the solar plexus chakra).

Her mind had gone empty too. There was not a single thought into it.

The brain was working in it’s full capacity (I sensed so, as well as she did!) - it wouldn’t let any minutest sensation in her body pass unperceived.

There was no fatigue in her body.

There was no tension in her mind.

And her eyes had turned into an eagle’s eyes - they were seeing every single detail all around in its absolute clarity. Her myopia had instantaneously vanished into thin air!

Her eyes were showing interest without, there, being any special object of desire (I was not one, not at least an object of desire!) in front of them.

Her body was oozing energy raising itself at the seat of Manipura (the solar plexus chakra).

It was not only oozing energy, but also feeling an intense pleasure that we, the human beings, often feel when we get a good massage or when we have a refreshing experience of sex.

She said so.

Only that this one was many times more than those as well as lasting much longer in time.

She again said so.

There was no fatigue in her temporomandibular joints at all.

It was something like an out of the body experience.

It was also something like an out of the world experience.

And it was showing everything crystal-clear to her eyes.

But what on earth had triggered it?

Came session two…

And suspense turned passion!

As we started from our state of heightened suspense, we were taken reeling together into the whirls of a maddening energy, which ultimately landed us onto our pelvic beds.

We were sitting at the center of our pelvic beds - the seat of Muladhara (the root chakra).

This center was one single point that was touching our chairs we were sitting in.

Our bodies were in a perfect ready position.

They were almost touching each other.

But not at a single point did they touch the other.

Sitting at the exact center of the pelvic bed was giving our bodies an upward push by an extremely piercing energy of Muladhara (the root chakra) that re-postured them (our bodies) in their wildest gesture of Svadhisthana (sacral chakra) along with Manipura (the solar plexus chakra) and turned our wondering suspense into a burning passion.

But we would not touch each other!

Passion ran high.

Every single organ of our bodies had turned into a burning torch of passion.

These torches would not stay passive!

They started playing with their counterparts.

They would come closer, then still closer, and then the closest, and then jump suddenly back only to come closer again!

It turned into a dance - the dance of Svadhisthana (the sacral chakra) and the dance of Manipura (the solar plexus chakra).

The dance of passion!

There was a flow in our movements.

It was the coolest thing on earth.

The burning passion was the coolest fire I ever encountered in my life!

There was no emotion in between the two of us.

We were in no hurry to touch each other.

In fact we knew we never would!

We were cool.

That was the condition of our game of passion we were playing with each other!

I asked her if the center of the pelvic bed - Muladhara (the root chakra) - was the point of connection between the body and the mind.

Her eyes looked straight into mine.

She did not reply.

“Is it not on the top of the head?” - she spoke out after around 30-40 seconds.

I put my hand on the top of her head.

It was taut.

“And the jaws?” - I touched the alignment between the two jaws of hers.

“These collarbones?” - her fingers were on my collarbones touching my neck on both the sides.

“But then the scapulae?” - I was touching her scapulae beautifully tucked-in into the plainness of her upper back at the two extremities of theirs, the upper and the lower protrusions which was imparting the most beautiful postural shape to her chest as well as to her breasts!

“Feel your plexus!” - she was indicating to Manipura (the solar plexus chakra) raised high and pulled back on the spine.

My eyes fell on her Svadhisthana (the sacral chakra) around two inches below her navel, beautifully tucked in - giving an attractive shape to her posture overall!

“Where, in your body, are you feeling your passion centered?” - I asked her looking deep into her eyes.

Her eyes entered into mine, as if they were searching for the answer into them somewhere. Our bodies were positioned half a millimeter apart from each other and we were pondering upon the most basic question of the seat of passion in the human body.

We were walking on the cool fire of hot passion - barefooted, together!

Doesn’t this description tell the same story in a more day-to-day language?
